The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006 requires that the person(s) responsible for a non–domestic property (the "duty holder") must assess and manage Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) in their premises

This includes the following:

• Identify and document any ACMs
• Assess the condition and manage appropriately
